Brussels Set To Welcome Australian National Men's Jr. Softball Team

Brussels is welcoming some very special guests this summer for a softball showdown.

The Australian National Jr. Steelers will be coming to play the Brussels Tigers of the Huron County Fastball League for an international friendly double-header.

The game takes place on Wednesday, June 27th, and will feature a kids softball clinic at 5 p.m. The games will take place at 7 and 9, and will be played at the Brussels Optimist Ball Park.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
