Cyclones Add Coach, Confirm Return Of 2 Star Players

A change is coming behind the bench for the Listowel Cyclones, and there's some news on returnees from their Sutherland Cup winning squad.

Brett Nichol, the older brother of Cyclones captain Blake Nichol, will be joining the team as an assistant coach next season. Blake is aging out as a player, but Brett has an extensive background in junior hockey, including as a player in the OJHL, MJHL and CCHL. No word yet on what Nichol's addition means for the other bench staff.

More good news for the Cyclones on the returning players front, as the club confirmed that Holdyn Lansink and regular season scoring leader Chayse Herrfort will both return next year.
