Sacred Heart beat Guelph's Bishop Macdonell 1-0 in the semi-final then edged St. David 5-4.
Goal scorers in the final were Nicholas Freiburger, Curtis Ruetz, Dawson Fahrer, Tristen Zettel and Carter Buehlow.
Buehlow's third period goal was the game winner.
