A large track of undeveloped land in Point Edward is for sale.
The 32 acres of almost entirely forested land north of Exmouth St across from the Cargill Terminal is listed for sale in two separate parcels at a total sale price of $2.475-million.
The land, currently owned by Steeves and Rozema , is not serviced and that could be tricky because Exmouth St. is city owned while the property is in Pt. Edward.
Mayor Larry MacKenzie says he'd love to see a new development there.

The westernmost portion fronts the north slip of Sarnia Harbour while a creek abutts most of the north and east limits of the property leading to Bridgeview Marina.
