Crystal meth seized in Sarnia drug bust

Sarnia police seized over $1,600 worth crystal methamphetamine in a drug bust Friday night.

Officers executed a search warrant at a Roger Street home, north of Maxwell Street, around 10 p.m.

Police located a Ziploc bag with 16.6 grams of crystal meth, a few codeine pills and over $2,420 in cash.

Jayne Candice McGuire, 62, of Sarnia was arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Police said an arrest warrant has also been issued for Bettina Jean Cummings, 38, of Sarnia, for the same charges.
