City police have charged three people with second degree murder in the death of a 76-year-old Sarnia man.
Jim Wilson was found with unspecified injuries in the 100 block of College Avenue North, after police were called to investigate an assault at around 2:50 p.m. on Sunday. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Shortly after the incident, police arrested and charged Destiny Star Phillips, 26, Brandon Michael Knight, 24, and Donald Albert Shawanoo, 57, all of Sarnia.
City police called the death an "isolated incident".
Police had cordoned off 140 College Ave. N on Monday as part of the investigation.

A candlelight vigil is planned outside the store Jim Wilson owned and operated, Cowboys & Indians at 121 Christina St. N on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Those attending are asked to practice physical distancing and wear a mask.
