Hydro outages reported in storms

Hydro outages are being reported in the wake of severe thunderstorms that rolled through Sarnia-Lambton Tuesday.

Bluewater Power reported an unplanned outage impacting 555 customers in central Sarnia at 3:10 p.m. due to high winds.

It appeared to be restored at 4 p.m.

Updates were being posted on its outage map at https://outages.bluewaterpower.com/outages

Hydro One hadn't reported any outages by 3:30 p.m., but the storm was still moving through Lambton County.
