Sting crack CHL's Top 10 list

The Sarnia Sting have cracked the CHL's Top 10 Rankings for the first time this season.

The Sting came in at number 10 in the Week 21 edition of the rankings released Tuesday. Sarnia was one of three honourable mentions on last week's list.

The Sting have recorded at least a point in seven straight games, going 5-0-1-1 during that time. Most recently, the hockey club took down Saginaw 6-1 and North Bay 8-2 over the weekend.

Sarnia is 31-17-5-3 on the season, good enough for third in the OHL's Western Conference. The Sting are back in action Wednesday night in Sault Ste. Marie.

Two other OHL teams are on this week's top 10 list, the Ottawa 67's at number seven and the London Knights at number nine. The Barrie Colts and Peterborough Petes were both named honourable mentions.
