Sarnia police seized $33,531 worth of fentanyl from a Wellington Street home on Tuesday.
Police said they entered the residence just before 9 p.m. to execute a search warrant.
During a search of the home, officers seized 61.54 grams of suspected fentanyl, 91.14 grams of a suspected cutting agent, and $2,095 in cash. Investigators also found 18.08 grams of suspected uncut fentanyl, which is believed to be a purer quality than the rest of the drugs found in the home.
According to police, three individuals were found inside the home and arrested without incident.
A 32-year-old Sarnia resident has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.
