Transit Fees Could Rise

Sarnia Transit users could be digging for an extra quarter next year.

A fee increase is proposed in the 2015 budget.

The cash fare would increase 10 per cent, from $2.50 to $2.75, with council's approval.

Monthly passes would also increase 2.3 per cent from $66 to $67.50 next year.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
