Wanted: Santa Claus Parade Entries

"Our Best Christmas" is the theme for the 34th annual Santa Claus Parade put on by the Sarnia Kinsmen Club.

Those participating are encouraged to decorate their floats to commemorate a memorable Christmas.

Sarnia Kinsmen Club spokesman Bob Marks hopes to have at least 40 floats entered into the December 6 parade.

Marks says there will be a few bands from Michigan featured in the parade. It kicks off at Exmouth St. and runs down Christina St. starting at 6pm.

Float applications are still available at www.sarniakinsmen.com. There's a parade meeting on November 19 at 7pm at the Kinsmen Centre on Lakeshore Rd.

Donations can be made to the Sarnia Kinsmen Club P/O Box 861
