Vehicle Hits Stuart St. Home

Damage is estimated at $20,000 after a car hit a southend home Saturday morning.

Sarnia Fire Platoon Chief Bill Sheane says firefighters were called to the incident on Stuart St. around 10:30am.

He says the vehicle also slammed into a gas main.

Firefighters vented the home. Two occupants made it out safely, and no injuries are reported.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
