Bayside Mall Back On The Market

Bayside Mall is up for sale again with the city and county having the option to veto any potential buyer.

Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley hopes the court receivership sale finds an owner who will breathe new life into the eight-acre downtown property.

The purchaser will have to invest several millions of dollars to repair the roof, H-VAC system and underground parking garage.

Mayor Bradley believes the first step will be repositioning the property, with the retail sector no longer a viable option for Bayside Mall.
