A Sarnia Transit bus hit a pedestrian at Indian and Devine on December 1
(Photo submitted by Aaron Zimmer)Sarnia police were investigating a collision involving a transit bus and a pedestrian at the Indian Rd. and Devine St. intersection Monday afternoon.
Police say a female was transported to London hospital with unknown injuries.
The incident occurred just before 1pm.
Police expected Indian Rd. would be closed from Devine St. to Talfourd St. for the afternoon as a collision re-constructionist investigated.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
