There were 28 permits in November with a total value of nearly $4.5-million.
The year-to-date total is $67-million 339,000. That's about $100,000 more than the 2013 year-end total.
Permits for single family homes is way ahead of last year.
There were 123 through November compared to 94 for all of last year.
