45-year-old Craig Moffat was killed, when his vehicle slammed into the back of a farm tractor pulling a wagon on Petrolia Line early that morning.
Constable Todd Monaghan says the driver of the farm tractor, John Lennan, has now been charged with causing death by criminal negligence.
Lennan is scheduled to appear in Sarnia court January 26, 2015.
