Shopping Centre Traffic Concerning

Concern is growing over increased traffic congestion at Sarnia's Walmart Smart Centre. Shoppers reported waiting up to 45 minutes to enter and exit the area this week.

Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley says the city has been in talks with the province to alleviate the problem. He says it's even more noticeable during the holiday season.

Bradley says the installation of traffic lights and stop signs has helped.

He says the city is still seeking an emergency entrance for fire and police to quickly get into the centre.
