The City of Sarnia is looking at all options when bringing new business to the Bayside Centre.
Mayor Mike Bradley says with the decreasing popularity of large malls, he doubts it will be predominantly retail.
Instead he says other options will need to be looked at, community based or education based, that will still help bring traffic to the downtown core.
He feels the resurgence of downtown business should help sell the 245,000 square foot mall.
The mall opened in 1982, and was originally called the Sarnia Eaton Centre.
