The London man charged with murder in the death of his Warwick Township parents made a brief video appearance in a Sarnia court Monday.
Jeremy Gubbels was remanded in custody until January 22nd when he will appear again by video from the Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre, for an update on pretrial dates.
The 26-year-old is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his parents, Susan and Mario Gubbels in July of 2014.
A ban has been imposed on the publication or broadcast of information given during the court proceedings.
