E-Bingo May Be Coming To Sarnia

Sarnia Council will be provided a snapshot of the city's bingo industry Monday.

Mayor Mike Bradley says Sarnia was once the bingo capital of Ontario, hosting 11 centres.

He says that's changed drastically and now there is only one.

It's recommended council approve the introduction of e-bingo gaming activities within the city.

Staff is also asking that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the agreement with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to participate in the Charitable Bingo and Gaming Revitalization Initiative.
