Tickets for this year's Bluewater Health Dream Home Lottery are over 80 per cent sold.
It's the 20th anniversary for the lottery with this year's grand prize home including the appliances, electronics and furniture valued at over $512,000.
Foundation Spokesperson Kathy Alexander says residents should buy their tickets early.

Money from this year's lottery will benefit the Maternal Infant Child program at Bluewater Health.
The grand prize draw for the Kamal Dr. home is Friday February 20.
