City Needs Big Project

Sarnia's mayor says a new major project is long overdue for the city of Sarnia.

Mike Bradley says there is an opportunity over the next few years as we approach the country's 150th birthday, and the 50th anniversary of Centennial Park in 2017.

He says the remediation efforts at Centennial Park allows the city an chance to develop a new unique waterfront look, one of the many options they'll be looking at. He says the Legacy Project may also be an option.

Mike Bradley says the city hasn't had a major construction project since the RBC Centre and the YMCA.
