Legionnaires Defeat Flyers

Ryan Vendramin had a goal and three assists as the Sarnia Legionnaires beat the visiting Leamington Flyers 7-4.

Jay Clarke, Riley Babkirk, Jordan Fogerty, Hunter Tyczinski, Brandon Layman and Cameron Clarke also scored for Sarnia.

The win moves the Legionnaires to within a point of second place Chatham in the GOJHL.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
