Robbery Suspect Sought

The Sarnia Police Service is seeking the public's help in locating a robbery suspect.

Constable Les Jones says a masked man entered a convenience store in the 200 block of Confederation St. around 11pm Friday.

Jones says the suspect jumped over the counter and fled with an undisclosed amount of money from the till.

Jones says the suspect was not believed to be armed and no injuries were reported.

He's described as about 6 feet tall, wearing a black mask, light grey hoodie, blue jeans, black boots and blue surgical gloves.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sarnia police or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
