UPDATE: Struck Pedestrian Released From Hospital

No charges have been laid yet in a vehicle/pedestrian collision in Sarnia Friday night.

Sarnia police Constable Les Jones says officers responded to the incident at Finch Dr., just south of London Rd. around 8:30pm.

The 43-year-old man that was struck was initially transported to London Hospital but has since been released.

Constable Jones says any witnesses are asked to contact city police.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
