Bluewater Health Apologizes To City

Bluewater Health has made a formal apology to the city of Sarnia.

The hospital bypassed the city last Wednesday and asked Lambton County Council to acquire the former St. Patrick's High School property on its behalf.

Mayor Mike Bradley and the City Manager met with the Vice President and Chair of the Board Monday afternoon.

Mayor Bradley says the city still has until the end of April to express a direct interest in the property.

Under provincial regulations, the city, the county and the public school board are given the first chance to buy the site after which it would go on the open market.
