Showcasing Canada's Most Valuable Resource

Canada's most valuable resource was being showcased in Sarnia Thursday.

Lambton College joined forces with the Sarnia Lambton Economic Partnership to present the Sarnia-Lambton Water Symposium at the Lambton College Event Centre on London Rd.

Applied Research and Innovation Dean Mehdi Sheikhzadeh says it will feature a variety of presentations from agencies involved in the development of the Ontario water sectors as well as local organizations working on water-related projects and initiatives.

Sheikhzadeh says the full day symposium was to conclude with a tour of the Lambton Water Centre at Sarnia-Lambton's Western University Research Park.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
