Local Support Sought For Bill 45

Lambton Public Health is seeking community support for Bill 45 - Making Healthier Choices Act.

Health Promotion Supervisor Donna Schmidtmeyer says if enacted, it would ban the sale of flavoured tobacco in Ontario and make tobacco less attractive to youth.

Schmidtmeyer says there are a number of ways Lambton residents can share information and support the bill.

She says you can call, visit or tweet with the hashtag #Isupportbill45 to Sarnia-Lambton MPP Bob Bailey.

More information can be found online at www.lambtonhealth.on.ca and www.bill45support.com
