Vehicle, Bicycle Collision In Central Sarnia

A cyclist luckily escaped critical injury when he was hit by a pickup truck in central Sarnia early Monday afternoon.

City police say the 22-year-old male cyclist was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries after being hit at the intersection of Wellington St., Ontario St. and Mitton St.

Wellington St., just east of the intersection, was closed for awhile but reopened after 2pm.
