No Injuries In London Road Crash

There were no injuries in a three-vehicle crash that caused traffic congestion Wednesday afternoon on busy London Rd.

Police say a vehicle exiting a business in the area collided with two other vehicles around 4pm.

Two tow trucks were called to remove the vehicles requiring part of London Rd. near Afton Dr. to be closed for a couple of hours while the scene was cleared.

One driver was charged with failing to yield from a private driveway.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
