Motorists Reminded To Buckle Up

Lambton OPP will be out reminding motorists to buckle up this weekend.

Officers are looking for 100 per cent compliance this Easter.

Constable Chris Doupe says there's always more traffic on the roads during a long weekend.

Not wearing a seat belt carries a fine of $240 fine and two demerit points.

Across Ontario seat belt related deaths are at a ten-year low, but Doupe says some drivers still need to be reminded.
