Fatal Crash In Enniskillen Twp.

Lambton OPP is investigating a single-vehicle crash on Marthaville Rd. that has claimed the life of a 35-year-old Petrolia man.

Just before 1pm Wednesday, police officers, the Petrolia and Oil Springs fire departments and Wallaceburg EMS, responded to Marthaville Rd. between Shiloh and Rokeby Lines in Enniskillen Twp.

The road remained closed during the investigation that also involved the OPP West Region Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Bureau.

The name of the deceased person had not yet been released.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
