Counterfeit Suspect Sought

The Sarnia Police Service is asking the public for help in identifying a female suspect.

Police say the woman passed counterfeit American money at a local business March 26.

It's believed she was also involved in similar incidents in Burlington, Cambridge, Richmond Hill and Gravenhurst.

Anyone with information should contact the Sarnia Police Service or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
