SGH Developers Looking For Cash Reimbursement

Developers behind the Sarnia General Hospital Health Campus proposal have asked the city to reimburse $50,000.

Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley supports the decision council made to put the sale and redevelopment of the Mitton St. site on hold.

He says the decision has given them time to evaluate costs.

He says residential zoning doesn't make sense for the site unless demolition can be done at no cost to the city.

Council considers the matter when it meets Monday.
