Canadian Rockers Headline Powerboat Festival

Bands for the 5th annual Sarnia International Powerboat Festival have been announced.

The Trews are returning to Sarnia August 7th for their 16th performance in the city.

Tom Cochrane and Red Rider take the stage Saturday August 8th at Front and George downtown.

Organizer Michelle Stokley says tickets will go fast.

Concert tickets are on sale now at Stoke's Bay and Stoke's Inland or online at www.sarniapowerboats.com.

The powerboat races on the St. Clair River are free.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
