Unseasonably Cold April Weather

It's going to be unseasonably cold with the chance of wet flurries at times for the rest of the work week.

There was some hail and flurries at times around Sarnia-Lambton Wednesday.

Gusty west northwest winds are bringing cold air into the region that will keep temperatures some ten degrees below normal.

Highs of only 5 C (41 F) are forecast Wednesday and Thursday with the temperature recovering to around 11 C (52 F) by Sunday.

Normal temperatures for this time of year are 15 C (59 F) with lows of 4 C (39 F).

The temperature was forecast to drop to -1 (30F) Wednesday night.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
