Province Trial Now Set For November

The trial of a Sarnia man charged in the death of his estranged wife in 2012 is now scheduled to start November 2 of this year.

54-year-old James Province was charged with first degree murder after the body of 50-year-old Joanne Underhill was found September 7, 2012 in her Twin Lakes Dr. home.

Police said the mother of three had been stabbed to death.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
