During closed session Monday councillors discussed a naming opportunity at a city park and directed staff to proceed with the initiative. Further details and a formal recognition are planned in the near future. ----- Sarnia council approved a recommendation to require the minimum of five students at a crossing before a crossing guard is posted. ------ Council approved the draft plan of a subdivision on the south side of Rosedale Ave. between Murphy Rd. and Bond St. which provides for the development of five new single detached urban-residential dwelling lots.
