Man Stabbed At Cameron St. Home

Sarnia police say three men with their faces concealed, attacked and stabbed a 60-year-old man when he answered his door Sunday morning. The incident occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Cameron St. just before 7am. Police say the three men were dressed in dark clothing with their faces covered. The victim suffered stab wounds and was transported to London for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Constable Les Jones says the investigation is in its early stages, a motive is not yet known but there is no concern about public safety. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call city police (519-344-8861) or Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers. (1-800-222-8477)

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
