Police Looking For Scooter Thieves

Sarnia Police Services is asking for the public to help identify a pair of suspects who stole a scooter from a downtown parking garage in early February.

An elderly male had parked his scooter in the parking garage of the Seaway Centre on Front St.

The video shows two suspects driving away with the man's scooter just after 1pm on February 8.

Police say they recovered the scooter two days later in the Food Basics area of Indian Rd, and were able to return the scooter to the man.

They are also looking to speak with a man who came into the garage directly after the theft took place, and may have seen the two suspects.
