Dupuis Joins Former Sting Teammate at Ryerson

Former Sarnia Sting goalie Taylor Dupuis will suit up for the Ryerson Rams next season, and he'll have a familiar teammate there with him.

His former goalie partner in Sarnia, Brodie Barrick, will also be joining Ryerson for the 2015-2016 campaign.

Dupuis credits the Ontario Hockey League's education package for allowing him to pursue the school option after the end of his junior career. He says although he will cherish his time in Sarnia, he is looking forward to the opportunity ahead of him.

He says education has always been a focus for him growing up.

Dupuis says he had a few offers but after weighing the decision he felt the downtown Toronto university was his best option. He'll be taking a General Arts program in his first year.

He played 92 games with the Sting over two seasons and says he'll never forget his time in Sarnia.
