Car Slams Into Pole

A woman was taken to Bluewater Health after her car slammed into a hydro pole in south Sarnia this morning.

The pole on Brock St. was severed at the base just before 6:30am.

City police say the driver suffered, what appeared to be, non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation was ongoing and Brock St. between Confederation St. and Devine St. was closed while Bluewater Power crews made repairs.
