A man is charged following an early morning fire in the city's southend. Sarnia Fire and Rescue Services were called to a home at 139 College St. around 3:30 am Saturday. The Ontario Fire Marshal's was on scene much of the day Sunday investigating and arson is suspected. Sarnia police constable Les Jones says they have arrested Timothy Duquette in connection with the incident.
