Bluewater Power says the cause of the outage this morning at 6:15am is blamed on animal contact.
The lights were out for about an hour for customers stretching down Exmouth St. from Pontiac Dr. all the way towards Point Edward. Some customers in the village were also affected.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
