Missing Woman Found

Sarnia Police say 50-year-old Katherine Spero has been found safe after being reported missing on Monday.

Police say she had not been seen since June 6, but did have a phone conversation with her employer June 12.

Her vehicle, a 2006 white Honda Civic, was found at the south end of Indian Rd. June 9.

Police are thanking the public for its assistance in locating Spero.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
