Sarnia Transit employees have a new contract.

53 drivers, mechanics and maintenance workers have ratified a new three year collective agreement according to Unifor National Rep. Glen Sonier.

A ratification vote was held Sunday night.

The deal, retroactive to December 31, still requires approval by Sarnia City Council.
