UPDATE: Vehicle Hits Ditch Near Camlachie

There were minor injuries in a motor vehicle crash near Camlachie early Monday afternoon.

Lambton OPP Constable Chris Doupe says police, fire and EMS responded shortly after 1pm.

A Ford Escape was travelling southbound on Lakeshore Rd. at Queens St. in the township of Plympton-Wyoming. As the vehicle approached the intersection, a Toyota Camry proceeded into the intersection from eastbound Queens St. and caused a collision with the Ford Escape.

The Ford Escape crashed into the ditch at Queen and Lakeshore.

Police say the drivers were taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
