The Sarnia hospital's main entrance was closed Wednesday evening due to a broken skylight. The entrance was closed for precautionary reasons in case the cracked window fell. Crews replaced the window and the entrance was reopened just before noon Thursday.
Police announced he had been found at around 9 p.m. on Saturday.
