Showers and thunderstorms are expected to intensify early this afternoon. Once the storms have intensified there is a risk of a brief tornado.

<p>Lambton OPP is investigating a break and enter late last week in Dawn Euphemia that saw a wide range of items stolen including weapons.
 
Constable Travis Parsons says officers responded to a home in the 2000 block of Hale School Rd. last Thursday.

Other items taken include a Fender guitar, personal banking information and a Canadian passport as well as a 42 in LG LED TV.
 
It's believed thieves forced their way into the home sometime between 5am and 6pm July 16.
 
Anyone with information is asked to contact OPP or Crime Stoppers. </p>
