Vaillant says Amec Foster Wheeler, the designated constructor for the Cedar Point project, is leading the response and investigation in co-operation with the labour ministry and regulators.

He says non-critical construction work was suspended Wednesday while the investigation continues. Deline said Wednesday that no stop-work orders had been issued by the ministry.
